Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Yun Express and the United States Postal Service.
Please note that delivery of orders with more than one item may ship on different dates according to stock availability.

1. COMPLETE: You successfully submitted your order to Haikyuu Store.
2. IN FULFILLMENT: Your order is at a Haikyuu Store warehouse and will usually ship in 2-3 business days.
3. SHIPPED: Your order is on its way. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
4. RETURN INITIATED: At your request, Haikyuu Store set up a return for an order.
5. RETURN COMPLETE: Haikyuu Store warehouse received the returned item.
6. CANCELED: Your order has been canceled.
7. REFUNDED: Your payment has been refunded.
1. SUBMIT A REQUEST: Click “submit a request” button below and fill out the form.
2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION: Receive return authorization (RA) form with the exact return address and a shipping label (may take 24-72 hours)
3. SHIP IT BACK: Print and attach the provided UPS/FedEx shipping label as well as the RA form to the outside of the box
4. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT: Once the merchandise is received your refund would be issued within 48 hours or a replacement shipped
1. The Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the product. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, we cannot accept returns over 15 days. All items must be in brand new, unused condition and include all original packaging, components, manuals, and documentation. The products non-defective / non-damaged returns are responsible for the shipping cost of the order and a 20% restocking fee, and customer pay return shipping.
2. The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
2.1. Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order).
2.2. Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered).
2.3. Mattress, Wheels & Tires Packages, Electronics Tool Kits.
3. All products require a Return Authorization Number (RA #) before being returned. This number can be obtained by contacting us by Returns Center or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. All products defective / damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours and your package must be returned or postmarked within five business days from receipt so that we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier. We will gladly replace item/s damaged during shipping. However, we ask that you follow the above instructions provided.
5. Customers who refuse delivery of an item that they ordered is responsible for the shipping cost of the order and a 20% restocking fee, and customer pay return shipping
6. Customers who provide an incorrect shipping address or are not available to receive a shipment are responsible for the shipping costs of the order. We will try our best to keep track of all orders and will notify customers of additional shipping information needed for delivery.
1. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of the defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
2. If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time.
3. You can expect your refund within 01 weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner.
4. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time of your request for refunds to appear on your Card/Paypal.
5. All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email with your refund details.
